Love great food, good people, and a quick-paced environment? Steve’s Poké Bar in Squamish is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, organized, and ready to take ownership. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be an important part of running a busy restaurant.

What You’ll Do
Help lead the team during daily operations
Provide great customer service and create a positive guest experience
Train, coach, and support team members
Help manage opening and closing procedures
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
Handle cash, payments, and daily operational responsibilities
Help with scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
Assist with inventory, food prep, ordering, and waste control
Keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods
Step in and lead the team when the Store Manager is away

What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant or leadership experience is an asset
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable and dependable
Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions




Able to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
Positive, team-first attitude
Solid attention to cleanliness and food safety
Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
FoodSafe Level 1, or willing to obtain it
