Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations while serving drinks.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements
Proven experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Ability to work versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A friendly demeanor with robust communication skills is a must.
