Duties:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
Process payments using a POS system
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
Experience:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
Excellent math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Exceptional hospitality skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for customers
