Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Counter Cashier/Customer Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales
- Upsell related products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting remote or phone-in customers

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles, with a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and clearly
- Experience in merchandising, product demos, or technical sales is a plus for promoting products effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle time management well during peak hours while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
