Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, energetic, and people-oriented Front Desk & Sales Coordinator to join our growing wellness clinic in Mississauga.

This position is ideal for someone who is quick on their feet, excellent with people, comfortable handling challenging customers, and naturally good at turning inquiries into bookings.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so we are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, confident, and able to represent our clinic exceptionally well.

What You'll Do

- Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries professionally
- Book, reschedule, and manage appointments efficiently
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments
- Explain our services, promotions, packages, and memberships to clients
- Recommend appropriate clinic services based on client inquiries
- Handle customer concerns and difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk
- Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations/no-shows
- Assist with daily administrative and front-desk responsibilities
- Support clinic promotions and sales initiatives
- Help create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Be comfortable appearing in short promotional videos and speaking on camera
- Bring creative ideas for social media content and local marketing
- Work closely with management to increase bookings and client retention

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, medical/wellness clinics, or hospitality is an asset
