As a Housing Maintenance Worker, you will report directly to the Housing Manager while collaborating with tenants to manage maintenance requests and inspections.

- Liaise with Housing Manager and Clerk for maintenance tasks
- Lead and facilitate housing inspections and reports
- Manage administrative duties, including record-keeping
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
- Provide flexible on-call support as needed Requirements:
- Competent in Microsoft Word and similar software
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
