Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately according to prescriptions.
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and supporting medication administration procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of medication transactions, patient interactions, and pharmacy documentation.
- Use medical terminology confidently to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients.




- Support hospital staff with medication distribution and other pharmacy-related tasks as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and safety protocols to uphold the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Certification or training in pharmacy operations or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
