Join our agile team as a Gas Bar Attendant, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This energetic role involves managing fuel sales, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service while assisting with fuel and convenience store purchases
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos for items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to promote upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station area, including merchandising displays and shelves
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and handle any emergencies or safety concerns promptly




- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Manage inventory levels, restock products, and assist with merchandising to optimize sales potential

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience or customer service background preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and calculating sales totals
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with automotive products can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
