JOURNEYMEN/WOMEN and Apprentice Instrumentation Technicians who are experienced in the Oil & Gas industry, to join our team in our Sylvan Lake and Whitecourt areas. If you are experience in the industrial oil and gas sector, excel in the trade, we want you as part of our growing team. The successful candidate must have:
Experience in Instrumentation construction and maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector
A professional and respectful attitude with a solid customer service focus
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
Ability to work independently and cohesively within groups
Excellent work history and solid references
A highly respectful attitude
A valid driver’s license

Roles:

JOURNEYMEN:
Install, repair and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation and control equipment in the industrial Oil & Gas sector
Use pneumatic,



electrical and electronic testing devices and precision measuring instruments to inspect and test operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults
Perform installation/calibration of process control instrumentation such as transmitters, controllers and control valves
Install instrument tubing and tube bundle.
Assist with commissioning.
Respectfully mentor and guide apprentices; lead by example
Adhere to all company and client health and safety guidelines and regulations
Ensure paperwork is completed timely and legibly
Look for opportunities to promote efficiencies

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
