Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop customized treatment plans.
Maintain a clean, organized treatment space that adheres to health and safety standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress,



and any relevant health information.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and address concerns throughout each session.
Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills.

Skills
Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
Clear communication skills to explain treatment procedures and post-care instructions effectively.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude in a team setting.
Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules and treatment preferences.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to licensing regulations and ethical standards.

Pay: $38.96-$101.52 per hour
