Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
Support clients with medication administration following prescribed instructions, maintaining accuracy and safety standards
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive setting
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic living space
Help clients with mobility exercises and transfers to promote physical health and independence




Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare specialists promptly

Requirements
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
Valid certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided if necessary
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
