Electrical Estimator (Commercial Construction) – Vancouver, BC

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established electrical general contractor based in Vancouver. This is a production-focused role supporting a strong commercial pipeline.

This is not a junior position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, move quick, and consistently deliver accurate, competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects
Perform full takeoffs from drawings and specifications
Manage multiple bids simultaneously
Identify scope gaps, risks, and pricing issues
Validate supplier/subcontractor pricing
Deliver complete, accurate bids on tight deadlines

What You Bring
5–10+ years electrical estimating experience (commercial construction)
Experience with $100K–$5M+ projects
Strong,



hands-on Trimble Accubid experience (required)
Ability to read complex electrical drawings
Proven ability to manage multiple tenders at once
Independent, detail-oriented, and accountable working style
