Our recent clinic Goshen Medical is looking for Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to join our team. We are seeking compassionate, organized, and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented family practice environment.

There are two positions available, with opportunities for both full-time and part time employment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
Updating and maintaining patient records and demographics
Managing incoming calls, messages, and correspondence
Scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
Assisting physicians and clinic staff with administrative tasks
Preparing examination rooms and supporting day-to-day clinic operations
Maintaining patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
Other medical office and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of MOA experience is preferred
Completion of a Medical Office Assistant Certificate is desirable
Experience working in a family practice setting is preferred




Experience with Accuro EMR is an asset; training will be provided
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy clinic environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Hourly salary: $22.00 - $28.00/hour

Start date: Mid-to-late October
