Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures, estimates, and available services clearly and confidently
Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments,



and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven automotive experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes
Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining integrity and trust
Sales experience to promote additional products or services confidently
Cash handling expertise ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions
Familiarity with automotive industry terminology, including common repairs and maintenance procedures
