Full Job Description

We are looking to fill one specific part time position Saturday and Sunday permanent rotation. The hours are set Midnight to 0800 with the ability to work more on a as needed basis.

Western Human Resources an accredited agency that provides care to medically fragile adults with developmental delays in their home. Our health care workers provide for our client’s complex care needs, assisting individuals to live successfully in a residential home setting. We ensure that individual’s physical, emotional, social, educational, medical needs are met. We assist individuals to enhance their quality of life with daily living activities and the development of life skills. Our caregivers promote and uphold the rights of the individuals we serve and honor their choices in accordance with the policies and procedures of the agency. We are looking for independent, caring, and dedicated individuals to work with the most amazing clients you will ever meet!

Qualifications:
Paid orientation, training and advanced skills education
Paid vacation and sick time (minimum hours requirement
Preference will be given to those with Health Care Aide or community health worker certificate, but willing to train the right candidate.
Able to work Overnights and Weekends
Valid basic First Aid certification or better
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Valid Class 5 Driver’s license

Pay: $28.63-$29.76 per hour
