We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a AZ Driver in Ottawa, ON.

Start Date: Immediate
Shift: 10am Start
Location: Ottawa, ON
Rate: $28/hour

Responsibilities:
Safely operate an AZ truck for local pick up and deliveries (P&D;) in the city.
Handle LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
Use a tailgate as needed for loading/unloading freight.
Maintain accurate records and follow company safety procedures.
Observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and the Highway Traffic Act
Safely operate counterbalance forklift
Safely and accurately picking, replenishing, and staging freight lines
Provide excellent customer service at each stop.

Requirements:
Valid AZ License with a clean abstract,



CVOR and criminal record check
Minimum 2 years of AZ Driving experience
Ability to lift/move freight when needed.
Forklift experience not required; Training provided.
Previous LTL P&D; experience in a city setting preferred.
Comfortable using a tailgate when required.
Robust time management and communication skills
