Primary responsibilities include:
Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and skilled service in commercial Insurance
Sell current policies/write recent business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business
Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
Handling activities and follow-ups in TAM
Handling routine inquiries and facilitate processing requests
Contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
Review Policy changes and documents to ensure correct coverages have been added
Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes Actively participate in training initiatives

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
RIBO License required

Skills:




Proficient with Word and Excel;
Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance products
Be a team player with sound work ethic
Detail-oriented and a quick learner
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Experience with The Agency Manager (TAM)
SALARY is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
