We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, qualified check-in experience
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and relay messages efficiently
Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
Support front desk operations by processing check-outs, payments, and administrative tasks with attention to detail
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles; hotel experience is a plus
Solid communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software preferred
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest services and satisfaction
Previous experience working in a hotel or similar setting is advantageous
