Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist / Behaviour Therapist with Valid license from Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children with developmental and behavioral challenges by implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to support children's behavioral goals
Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals and maintain accurate medication records
Provide patient care that includes supporting daily routines, social skills development,



and emotional regulation
Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and other required records using medical terminology where applicable

Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational, clinical, or caregiving settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of special education practices and familiarity with behavioral intervention strategies is advantageous
Experience with data collection methods used in ABA therapy is essential for tracking progress effectively
Ability to understand and communicate medical terminology related to patient care and behavioral health
Comfortable administering medication following prescribed protocols under supervision when necessary
Strong interpersonal skills to engage children positively and work collaboratively with families and team members
