Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date case records and filing systems
Coordinate with team members on project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met promptly
Skills
Proven experience in administrative tasks, clerical work, or legal support roles
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
Excellent proofreading and writing skills for drafting transparent legal documents and correspondence
Familiarity with LexisNexis or similar research tools for case investigation
Effective interviewing skills to gather necessary client information efficiently
