Project Manager – Disaster Recovery & Restoration

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced emergency restoration setting.

Responsibilities
Manage restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, mould, biohazard and other property damage.
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
Conduct site visits and assist with project scopes, estimates and schedules.
Communicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, property managers and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, costs, timelines and quality.
Identify scope changes and obtain required approvals.
Maintain accurate project notes, photos, reports and supporting documentation.
Review files for completeness before invoicing.
Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and within budget.
Provide skilled support to customers throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications
Project management experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims or a related field is essential.
Knowledge of water, fire,



mould and property restoration is an essential with IICRC accreditations
Experience working with insurance adjusters and property managers is an essential
Estimating experience is essential. Use of Xactimate program is essential.
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple active projects and changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
