Responsibilities
Greet members warmly and provide personalized assistance to address their banking needs.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash management activities.
Manage cash handling procedures with precision, ensuring security and accuracy during cashiering activities.
Assist members with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through digital banking platforms.
Promote additional services such as loans, or savings accounts to enhance member satisfaction.




Other duties as assigned include statement services and filing. Answering phone and email inquiries.
Maintain compliance with all banking policies and security protocols during daily operations.
3 days per week minimum.

Experience
Proven experience in customer service within financial services or retail environments.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport and clearly explain banking products.
Prior experience with cash management is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible availability; minimum 3 days per week - maximum 5 days per week.

Enhanced security clearance will be completed by Security Investigations Unit, must be bondable.

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
