Job responsibilities:
Assisting Store Manager in organizing, planning and implementing company strategy.
Ensuring that company guidelines and OH&S; regulations are followed, maintaining a secure and clean work setting.
Coordinating day-to-day operations, including set work shift, monitor staff performance and providing training to employees on a regular basis.
Supervising, leading and motivating employees.
Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management.
Collecting customer’s feedback and comments and addressing client’s concerns.
Assisting with procurement of supplies and inventory management.
Completing other tasks assigned by the Store Manager

Job Requirements:

-5+ years management experience is required.

-Fluent English is required and Mandarin is an asset.

-Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $54,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
