Counterbalance Forklift (Propane) Operator

Location: Appleby line & Fairview street, Burlington, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Training Pay: $22.00/hour
Training: 7:30 AM- 3:30PM

Shift timing: 3:30 PM-12:30AM

Workplace: Warehouse & Distribution

Responsibilities:
Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift (Propane & electric) & Reach truck to move raw materials and finished products
Loading and unloading trucks while protecting products from damage
Transporting materials between warehouse, production, and designated storage areas
Stacking and organizing materials safely in designated locations
Performing daily pre-operation forklift inspections
Reporting equipment defects, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards promptly
Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work area
Following all company health and safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift license - Mandatory
5+ years of hands-on Counterbalance Forklift experience




Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong understanding of forklift and warehouse safety practices
Valuable spatial awareness and material-handling skills
Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs when required
Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to safety and product handling

Significant: The long-term schedule is the permanent night shift. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
