Join our dynamic agricultural team as a General Farm Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and productivity of our farm operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced setting, supporting various aspects of crop cultivation, equipment maintenance, and farm infrastructure. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to the success of our farm, ensuring effective operations and high-quality produce.
Duties
Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, plows, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
Handle heavy lifting tasks involving bags of supplies, equipment parts,
or harvested produce
Support with the installation and repair of irrigation systems to promote healthy crop growth
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment usage, and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
No experience is required
