Tank Traders® is looking to add a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator to our team in La Salle, MB!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the team at our Head Office in La Salle, MB! The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English, a keen eye for details, and the motivation to achieve results. This position offers an exciting prospect for a motivated individual eager to expand their expertise within a growing organization!

A Day in the Life:
Serve as primary contact for French communication (phone and email)
Manage customer accounts, including statements and reconciliations
Partner with Customer Support to set up and maintain accounts
Perform collections through inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with customers to ensure adherence to payment terms
Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policy
Maintain accurate account documentation and notes
Respond to inquiries and resolve account issues
Process and apply payments

Qualifications:
Fully bilingual in English and French, switching between the languages with ease.
A basic understanding of Accounts Receivable Processes
