Overview:
We are in searcch of an organized, kitchen professional to work with our culiary team in a fast paced and busy food operation.
This leadership position focuses on the development of our line staff, assisting our Executive Chef and our Sous Chef and providing our customers with quality end product.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Overall kitchen operation responsibility in the absence of the Chef and Sous Chef
Training and mentor new and existing staff members
Moderate levels of paperwork required, including data entry and payroll admin.
Ability to understand food costing, menu planning
Ensure quality of food and presentation
Kitchen maintenance and cleanliness
Meet deadlines, work as a team player with other staff and management
Other duties and responsibilities as directed
Prepare high volume meals for outside catering
