Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information on services required and available options
Prepare accurate work orders, including detailed descriptions of repairs and estimated costs
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that perk the customer’s vehicle health while aligning with their needs
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage billing procedures efficiently




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Requirements
Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Proven sales ability, including upselling services in a friendly, non-pushy manner
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and managing billing processes
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules is a plus
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
