Responsibilities
Provide skilled haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering style recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe workplace
Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance the client’s grooming experience and meet their needs
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently




Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations
Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques to provide innovative services that keep clients coming back

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Expertise in hair styling techniques for various hair types and styles
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times
Ability to upsell retail products and additional services confidently without being pushy
Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and explain styling options effectively
Experience in retail sales within a salon or barbershop environment is a plus
Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace
