Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Manager - Hospitality

Overview

Pinnacle International is seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager to support our growing and diverse organization.

The role will have a primary focus on our expanding hospitality division, supporting the recruitment and Human Resources needs of our hotel and restaurant operations, while also providing HR and talent acquisition support across Pinnacle International’s broader business operations (property management, real estate, leasing) as required.

The successful candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. Working closely with senior leadership and department leaders, this individual will help identify staffing needs, develop strong talent pipelines, lead recruitment initiatives, support employee relations, and strengthen HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding




Build and proactively manage talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Ensure compliance with employment standards, labor laws, and internal policies
Strengthen employer branding and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Support broader HR initiatives, including employee engagement and retention strategies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field an asset.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years focused on talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Familiarity with BC, ONT, California employment legislation an asset.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced setting
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
