Asara Kids Health is looking for a passionate and caring Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team in Mississauga!

We are a collaborative pediatric clinic focused on providing family-centred care and helping children build the skills they need to participate and thrive in their everyday lives.

Position: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, Independent Contractor
Location: Asara Kids Health, Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Approximately one evening per week and one weekend day
Compensation: Competitive percentage-based fee split

About the Role

We are looking for an SLP interested in building a part-time pediatric caseload within a supportive and cooperative clinic environment. The role is well suited for someone looking for flexible hours with the opportunity to gradually grow their caseload.

Responsibilities
Complete speech and language assessments and provide individualized intervention
Develop functional, family-centred treatment goals
Support children with a variety of speech, language, communication, and developmental needs
Provide education, strategies, and home programming to families
Complete clinical documentation and progress reports




Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
Maintain qualified standards in accordance with CASLPO requirements

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Registered and in good standing with CASLPO
Qualified liability insurance
Experience working with pediatric populations is an asset
Experience supporting neurodivergent children is an asset
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
