Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly to ensure timely service
Cook and plate food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation throughout all kitchen activities
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations regularly to uphold cleanliness standards




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic familiarity with meal preparation and food industry standards is advantageous
