Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to work closely with our Division Manager and serve as an extension of the sales and management team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in different aspects of the business. The successful candidate will help coordinate customer orders from start to finish, communicate with customers, and work closely with production, shipping, purchasing, and the laboratory to keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and coordinate customer orders and follow them through to shipment
Communicate with customers regarding orders, samples, deliveries, and general inquiries
Follow up with production, shipping, and the laboratory on order and sample status
Coordinate and track customer samples and projects
Assist the Division Manager with day-to-day sales and operational activities
Help identify and resolve issues that may delay orders or customer projects
Assist with marketing, product information, and customer communications




Develop a strong understanding of our products and applications, with the opportunity to eventually provide basic technical customer support

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative. You should be a strong communicator who enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

Experience in B2B customer service, sales support, inside sales, manufacturing, chemicals, coatings, or a similar industrial workplace is an asset.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, and eager to learn. This position has the opportunity to grow into a more technical and customer-facing role within the company.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
