Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and plating to deliver visually appealing dishes
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs




Ensure timely delivery of orders while upholding quality standards during busy service hours

Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity with restaurant operations or the food industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
Must be at least 18 years old and able to follow detailed instructions accurately
