About WholeMade

WholeMade is a chef-led food company in Burlington built on fine-dining standards and whole ingredients. We produce performance meals, catering, private chef services, cold-pressed juice, and children's whole-food meals. Everything is made from scratch in our own kitchen, with no shortcuts.

The Role

We're looking for a cook who cares about doing things properly and wants to grow with a small, ambitious team. You'll work in our production kitchen preparing batch meals, sauces, dressings, and catering orders to a consistent, high standard. Some days are high-volume production, and some are plated events. You'll learn both.

What You'll Do
Prep and cook batch meals to spec, portioning accurately to nutrition requirements
Produce sauces, vinaigrettes, stocks, and components from scratch
Support catering and private events as needed
Follow recipes, yields, and labelling standards closely
Keep your station clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Follow food safety procedures, including temperature logs,



allergen control, and FIFO
Receive and check deliveries, and rotate stock

What We're Looking For
3 or more years of cooking experience in a restaurant, catering, or production kitchen
Strong knife skills and fundamentals
Ability to work quickly without cutting corners
Reliable, punctual, and a good teammate
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to get it before starting)
Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lb
Fine-dining or high-volume production experience is an asset
