Job Title: Bilingual Remarketing Specialist
Location: York Region, ON
Job Type: Contract( 12 months )
Salary: $55,000/year

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Bilingual Remarketing Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Manage lease maturity and remarketing accounts, including following up on overdue vehicle returns.
Contact customers and dealerships regarding leased vehicles that have passed their scheduled maturity dates.
Collect outstanding payments and additional charges, including excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, and miscellaneous fees.
Process lease-end documentation, lease extensions, dealer condition reports, and other related paperwork.
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls while providing qualified support to customers and dealerships.
Resolve lease-end issues related to payouts, invoices, security deposits, and account discrepancies.
Review and process daily operational reports to ensure timely completion of lease-end activities.




Coordinate the preparation of returned vehicles for auction and disposal.
Build and maintain positive relationships with dealerships and customers.
Negotiate solutions to outstanding account and vehicle return issues.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth lease-end experience.
Provide proactive customer service while managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers and dealership partners.
Team-oriented, versatile, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous inbound and outbound call center experience is considered an asset.
