Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from entry to checkout
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining cash handling security
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Provide knowledgeable support on merchandise, including basic product features and benefits, to aid customer decision-making
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked according to store standards
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism,



demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkouts without compromising service quality

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
Multilingual capabilities are an advantage for engaging a broader customer base
Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction accuracy, and change calculation
Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Experience with POS systems and familiarity with merchandising standards preferred
Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and politely
Ability to demonstrate professionalism through effective time management and courteous phone etiquette
