Branch Manager - Summerside, PE

Our client is an established agricultural equipment dealership with a strong presence in the Maritimes, operating across 15 locations. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their team in Summerside, Prince Edward Island.

Responsibilities:
Lead financial performance monitoring and support the company’s strategic plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers, addressing any high-level concerns.
Foster transparent communication across all departments and improve store culture.
Ensure consistency in operations and implement necessary departmental changes.
Plan and execute marketing activities and events to promote growth.
Oversee facility maintenance, security, and professional appearance.
Represent the company in key machinery sales when required.
Hire, develop, coach, and evaluate team members.
Manage customer follow-ups before and after sales.
Maintain ongoing supplier relationships and monitor the company’s CRM tool.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in agricultural equipment dealership operations, business systems, or sales support tools preferred.
Strong leadership/management skills.
Solid understanding of financial principles related to sales operations.
Familiarity with agricultural or recreational equipment is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
