Rally at Sherwood Village is looking for a Club Level Coach to help grow our community of players — from total beginners picking up a paddle for the first time to competitive members sharpening their game. If you love the sport, enjoy teaching, and want to be part of a fast-growing club with a strong social culture, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:
Lead our Learn & Play lessons, teaching fundamentals (grip, footwork, dinking, third-shot drop, strategy) to players of all skill levels
Run Learn & Play Tournament sessions for corporate events, birthday parties, etc., and keeping the format fun and competitive
Support group clinics, junior programming, and private lesson bookings
Help plan and run club events, open plays, and skill-based socials
Provide friendly, approachable coaching that keeps members coming back — teaching ability matters as much as playing level
Give feedback to the Rally team on programming ideas and member engagement

What we're looking for:




Pickleball Canada / Tennis Canada TPA Level 1 - Instructor certification required
Experience playing and/or coaching pickleball (certification a plus, not required)
Comfortable teaching all levels, from first-timers to 4.0+ players
Strong communication skills and a genuinely welcoming, patient teaching style
Reliable availability for a flexible, contract-based schedule (daytime/evenings/weekends in demand)
Bonus: experience with tournaments, junior coaching, or building a client base of private lesson students
