Job Summary

Join our energetic dental team as a Floater, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple treatment areas. Responsibilities
Provide support to dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff by stepping into different roles as needed throughout the day
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all patients
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental materials, and organizing supplies for procedures
Support clinical staff during procedures by handing instruments and managing patient comfort
Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and insurance documentation using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic
Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment in accordance with OSHA standards




Assist with pediatric and orthodontic patients to ensure their comfort and cooperation during visits

Qualifications
Previous experience or familiarity with dental office operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of dental software platforms such as Dentrix or Akitu one is a plus
Basic understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and periodontics
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and sterilization procedures
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
Fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Chinese, Korean or Tagalog is preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a quick-paced setting
Certification or training in dental assisting or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
