Take Our Kids to Work Day is an annual career exploration event, held every November, where Grade 9 students across Canada spend the day in the life of a working skilled.
The Position Requires
You must be a current Secondary School student (grade 9)
You must have a family member or friend that works for PLASP to spend the day with
You are caring, energetic and work well with others
You are versatile and willing to learn
You show initiative by helping without being asked
Key Responsibilities
Take direction from the staff you are shadowing
Participate in learning prospects in administrative tasks/leading activities with the children
Ask questions to learn more about the office/program workplace
