Duties
Set up, operate, and monitor the SM 74 Heidelberg 5-color printing press with coater, ensuring optimal performance throughout each production cycle
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the press to prevent downtime and maintain high-quality output
Adjust press settings based on job specifications, including color calibration, registration, and coating application
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to coordinate print jobs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
Manage material handling tasks such as loading paper stock using forklifts and organizing supplies within the warehouse or production area
Perform quality checks during production runs, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize waste and rework




Maintain accurate documentation of production data, machine logs, and quality reports for continuous improvement

Requirements
Proven experience operating printing presses, preferably with knowledge of Heidelberg or similar equipment
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on printing machinery
Warehouse experience including forklift operation for material handling and inventory management
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, packaging procedures, and machining techniques related to print production
Robust attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure consistent print quality
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency
Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings is highly desirable

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
