Position Overview
We are hiring Robotics & Manufacturing Operators to join our automotive production team. Operators will work with industrial robotic systems, automated production equipment, and press machines to manufacture automotive components.
Candidates with technical, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing skills are encouraged to apply. Previous robotics or manufacturing experience is an asset, but we are willing to train candidates who are motivated and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor robotic and automated manufacturing equipment
Operate press machines and production machinery
Load and unload materials and components
Monitor robotic processes and production cycles
Perform quality inspections on finished parts
Identify and report equipment, process, or quality issues
Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team in a rapid-paced automotive manufacturing environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Technical or mechanical skills are an asset
Robotics, automation, manufacturing, or automotive experience is an asset
Comfortable working with machinery and automated equipment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn robotics and manufacturing processes
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Ability to work any available shift
