Optimo Clinics Physio Inc. is hiring a full-time Front Desk Administrator to join our rehabilitation clinic.

Schedule: Monday to SaturdayTraining: Paid training provided

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day front desk and administrative operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling and follow-up, communication with patients, billing/payment coordination, documentation, and general clinic administration. Specific functions, processes and responsibilities will be communicated during training.

Requirements
Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the clinic
Reliable transportation is required

professional and comfortable working in a busy clinic workplace
Previous medical, rehabilitation or clinic administrative experience is an asset
Previous physiotherapy or PTA experience is considered a solid asset
Comfortable using computers, email and clinic software
