Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Temporary Installation Labourers on behalf of our client, a company providing installation services to farms throughout the Fraser Valley.

We are looking for reliable, hands-on individuals who are comfortable using power tools and hand tools and are interested in flexible temporary work approximately 2–4 days per week (Tues-Thurs / Fri) Work locations vary depending on the project, so reliable transportation is required to travel to different farm sites throughout the Fraser Valley.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist installation crews with installing mats in cow barns and other farm facilities
Use power drills and other basic power tools
Hammer and secure materials into concrete
Use a variety of hand tools during installations
Move and position materials as required
Follow instructions from the installation crew
Maintain a protected and organized work area

What We're Looking For
Previous construction, installation, maintenance, manufacturing, or similar hands-on experience
Good experience using drills, power tools, and basic hand tools
Comfortable working in active farm and barn environments
Reliable and able to report to different job sites




Own vehicle and valid driver's licence required
Available for approximately 3–4 days of work per week
Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a crew

Required PPE

Workers must provide their own:
Steel-toe work boots
Safety goggles
Protective mask
Work gloves
Ear plugs or other hearing protection

Position Details

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 23–4 days per week, depending on projects
Location: Various farm sites throughout the Fraser Valley
Employment Type: Temporary / Casual

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week

Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
