Job Description:

We are seeking a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance solutions at various sites. This position offers the prospect to work independently, manage customer relations, and tackle a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to drywall repair, concrete work, flooring repair, fixture installation, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and various outdoor maintenance duties.
Source materials and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
Ensure efficient and effective resolution of day-to-day maintenance issues.
Work independently to identify and solve maintenance problems.
Manage customer relations by providing skilled and courteous service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and company truck.
Complete necessary paperwork associated with maintenance tasks.

Requirements:




Proven experience in construction and repair work.

-Highly proficient and able to independently work in at least two of the following areas:
Steel Door Repair & Install
VCT & Ceramic Tile Repair & Install
Concrete Finishing & Repair
Drywall Mudding & Repair
Painting
Truck Repair & Maintenance (Brakes, Oil Change, etc.)
Steel & Vinyl Cladding
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Flexibility to work different days and locations as required.

Pay: $22.50-$38.01 per hour
