Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of bread following established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, portioning, and packaging ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety protocols
Handle food products with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with cooking and food assembly




Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety standards

Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant or bakery environment is preferred
Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques, baking, and cake decorating skills
Excellent understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
Good customer service skills to assist team members and interact positively with customers when needed
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, packaging methods, and general food industry standards
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, baking, and food presentation
