is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-focused individual that is positive and highly driven, with excellent multi-tasking abilities. As a family owned and operated business, we value our employees and offer opportunities for advancement.

Job Type: Full-time
2+ years of previous service management experience preferred
Mechanical Automotive knowledge is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening techniques
Solid computer skills

Positive personality with a professional appearance
Actively manage and improve on all measured performance indicators.
Keyboard skills, thorough documentation of administrative paperwork
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with clientele to encourage repeat and referral business.

Effective and robust team player




Ability to manage and motivate employees in day-to-day service workflow and daily cleaning maintenance
Excellent time management skills
Motivated, organized and a desire to serve the client
Ability to analyze a problem and provide an effective solution in a fast-paced environment
Direct and schedule activities of all team members.
Forecast, set goals and objectives for the department.
Ensure complete client satisfaction and handle escalated client complaints in a skilled manner.
Establish processes and standards to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations
Communicate diagnostic details to clients
Other duties as required.

Valid Ontario Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
