Job Overview:

We are looking for independant and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team in a high-volume flower warehouse. This hands-on role involves preparing, pack, organize and inspecting floral products to ensure high-quality standards are met. The work environment is cold and fast-paced, requiring lyft up to 50 lbs on regular bases.

Salary: $18.25/hour + 4% vacation pay
We comply with British Columbia’s Employment Standards for overtime.

Schedule: Must be avalible Monday to Friday and Sunday, Saturday off and one compensatory day during the week, 11:30 am to 9:00 pm 30-minute unpaid break per shift

Overtime work may be required to meet production demands.

Pay Frequency: Weekly payments every Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and sort a wide variety of fresh flowers.
Inspect flower stems for quality; reject and report any defective or damaged products.
Open boxes and organize flowers at your workstation.
Keep growers and roses separated on designated carts.
Count and check the shape and condition of stems and finished bunches.




Switch between processing lines for roses, grower bunches, and specialty bouquets as needed.
Keep your work area clean and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 months of experience in a general labour or warehouse role*.
Spanish is an asset.
Basic flower knowledge* is a robust asset.
Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
Ability to stand for 8 hours and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs when handling boxes and floral materials.
Comfortable working in a cold workplace (between 0 to 5 degrees).
Must have safety shoes .
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
