We are a well-established and client-focused notary firm with a robust reputation for delivering efficient, skilled, and friendly property services. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic and supportive team.

The Role

As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will manage your own files from start to finish, handling all aspects of residential and/or commercial property transactions. This is a full-time role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters independently
Handle sales, purchases, transfers, and refinances
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other parties
Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all files
Provide exceptional client service throughout the transaction

About You
Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing
Able to manage files from instruction through to settlement with minimal supervision
Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation




High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient with conveyancing software and systems (e.g., LDD, myLTSA, BC Registries, LLC, AtSource) as well as with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a busy environment
Solid typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
